Mission
Narratell is a forensic observatory that documents how state-sponsored narratives are laundered into foreign discourse.
Methodology
Narratell identifies narratives as they emerge, tracks their mutation across language and platform, maps the systems that carry them from origin to integration, and preserves the record under cryptographic attestation.
Every observation is verified by qualified specialists and bound to a published methodology. The observatory's output is designed to be consumed directly by governments and intergovernmental bodies, platform integrity teams, the FIMI research community, academic researchers, investigative journalists, and the legal processes that rely on evidentiary-grade documentation.
The Record
The record Narratell produces reconstructs when each narrative first appeared, how it mutated across language and platform, the chain of actors that carried it from origin through amplification to mainstream integration, and whether it reached that integration or stopped along the way.
It documents which actors are structurally connected across narratives, how campaigns revive after apparent dormancy, and what patterns cut across ecosystems over years. Individual observations answer specific questions; the accumulated record answers the questions that only an observatory can answer — the ones that require a sustained institutional memory and a consistent analytical method.
Launching Ecosystem
Narratell's founding engagement observes the Kremlin information ecosystem — state media, amplifier networks, the domestic information apparatus, and the affiliated channels that carry Russian narratives into Western and allied information spaces.
Future Scope
Additional ecosystems across Eurasia, the major state actors, the Middle East and Gulf, Africa, Latin America, South and Southeast Asia, the Balkans, and the Western democracies are under consideration for future expansion. Priorities and sequencing are assessed as the observatory's analytical infrastructure develops.
Current Status
Narratell is in the architectural build phase. Methodology, institutional structure, and evidentiary standards are being finalized under a published review process. Publishing begins with the founding engagement and expands as the observatory's capacity extends.
